Shipping policy

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

You qualify for free shipping on all purchases over R700.

Your purchase will be delivered within 3 -5 (business) days.

We will make use of a courier service which is a door-to-door delivery service, which can take up to a week from the purchase date. This service only works on business days. For purchases made over the weekend or on a public holiday, the purchase will only be sent out on the next working day.

We will ensure that you receive your purchase quickly and in great condition.

However, once your package leaves our facilities, its care is out of our control and we will not be held responsible for any damages to your items or late deliveries. 

The delivery time is dependent on your delivery address. Outlying areas may take a little longer to reach. 

Kindly ensure that you use your correct postal code to ensure the correct shipping fees are calculated at the checkout.

We will not ship any purchases to P.O. Box addresses.
