Refund policy
All items will be inspected before being shipped out.
If an item happens to be out of stock at the time of purchase we will contact you and arrange a refund.
However if you receive an item that is defective or an incorrect item, you have 7 days from delivery to inform us via email and indicate your order number so that we may process your return or exchange.
In order to process a return or exchange please note the following;
- The original packing needs to be included, (pouch and box)
- Items need to be unworn
No returns or refunds on the following;
- Due to health and hygiene concerns, earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty
- No refunds will be given for purchasing the incorrect ring size as ring sizing guides are provided on the website. We are however happy to arrange a ring size exchange. The client will be liable for the R69 courier fee, both ways
- No returns or exchanges on sale items
- All shipping charges are non-refundable
- No returns or exchanges for any breakages, as it is subject to wear and tear as we cannot control how the jewellery has been worn or handled.
- The client is responsible for the charge on return shipping on undamaged items
- The client will be held liable for any charges in the case of an incorrect address given when purchasing
- We will not be held responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery
- Because we all have different skin types. Some people may have a strong reaction to gold or rose gold plating. No refunds or returns are given for the colour of your jewellery changing due to skin's pH
- The gold or rose gold plating can turn a bit darker over time, which is completely normal
Cancellations
Please notify us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your purchase via email, indicate your order number.
Although it's not a guarantee, if the purchase has not been shipped, we'll be happy to cancel it and give you a refund.
